Prudentoe India – Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments booked with Prudentoe, an at-home dental service provider. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Prudentoe reserves the right to make changes at any time, without any prior notice.
1. Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel your appointment at no charge up to 8 hours before the scheduled time.
2. Late Cancellations (Within 8 Hours)
If you cancel the appointment less than 8 hours before the scheduled time:
- The booking fee will be charged to cover logistics, scheduling, and professional time.
- Alternatively, this amount may be adjusted against a rescheduled visit, if rescheduled within 48 hours.
3. Cancellation After Team Dispatch or Arrival
If our dental professional has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, and the service is canceled:
- It will be treated as a last-minute cancellation or no-show.
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
- You may still reschedule, but an additional visit charge may apply.
4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Health or safety concerns
- Unforeseen events (weather, emergencies, equipment issues)
- Team unavailability
In such cases, you will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- A free rescheduling of your appointment at your convenience

Cancellation is valid only once confirmed by our team via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
6. Refund Processing
For eligible cancellations:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
