Prudentoe India – Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all appointments booked with Prudentoe, an at-home dental service provider. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Prudentoe reserves the right to make changes at any time, without any prior notice.
1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
1.1. Free Rescheduling & Cancellation Window
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled time at no additional charge.
1.2. Late Rescheduling/Cancellation
Rescheduling or cancellation within 8 hours of the scheduled visit may incur loss of booking fee, on account of logistics and preparation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after our team has arrived at your location.
1.3. No-Shows
If you are unavailable or unwilling to proceed at the scheduled time, and no prior notice is given, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
2. Treatment Plan & Payment Terms
2.1. Treatment Plan Agreement
Before starting any procedure, our dental professional will share a clear treatment plan and pricing. By agreeing, you consent to both the clinical and financial scope of treatment.
2.2. Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total treatment cost must be paid on the day the treatment begins.
- The remaining 50% must be cleared before the end of the treatment cycle (same-day or multi-day, as applicable).
3. Refund Policy Post-Treatment
3.1. Non-Refundable Services
Dental procedures are non-refundable once rendered, except in cases of:
- Documented service deficiency
- Gross negligence, as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
3.2. Service Complaints
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of treatment. We may, after internal review, offer:
- A free re-visit
- A partial refund
- Or corrective action, depending on the nature of the concern
4. Patient Responsibility & Medical Disclosures
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical and drug history, including but not limited to:
- Allergies (e.g., to anesthesia or antibiotics)
- Pre-existing health conditions
- Ongoing medications
We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Delays (if any) will be communicated via email or phone.
