• These Terms and Conditions are drafted in conformity with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 which regulate the Terms and Conditions of usage and access to this Website. These Terms and Conditions shall govern the use of our Website. By simply using our Website, you shall be conveying your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, thereby creating a valid and enforceable agreement between Prudentoe India and you, and no physical or digital signature or such positive acceptance is necessary to validate these Terms & Conditions. You may not use the Website if you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• By using this Website, you shall be conveying that you are of legal age and are otherwise considered competent within your jurisdiction to form a binding agreement with Prudentoe India.
